We work with staff, leadership, and stakeholders to evaluate the existing vision, mission, and values to ensure that there are no changes that need to be made. We spend time "zoomed out" to allow for reflection and pressure testing assumptions as we review data on internal strengths and weaknesses.

Getting it Done
A strategic plan isn't complete until there is an operational plan and a series of metrics to ensure that initiatives are advancing.
