Follow Up
We work with our clients to ensure that the candidate is a good fit and follow up at the 3, 6, and 12 month anniversary.

We create an agreement on the position prospectus and approach. We commence our targeted outreach and pitch to prospective candidates that meet the prospectus criteria.

We present the offer and negotiate with the candidate to the extent it is necessary and we ensure that the transition onboard is smooth and seamless.
