We consult with you to deeply understand the role, the skills desired, the leadership and communication style of the ideal candidate as well as the organizational culture and core values.

Discern & Present

We review and assess prospective candidates and present for consideration a short list that represent the most aligned candidates from the search. We arrange interviews for select candidates.

Follow Up

We work with our clients to ensure that the candidate is a good fit and follow up at the 3, 6, and 12 month anniversary.

Align & Organize

We create an agreement on the position prospectus and approach. We commence our targeted outreach and pitch to prospective candidates that meet the prospectus criteria.

Negotiate & Transition

We present the offer and negotiate with the candidate to the extent it is necessary and we ensure that the transition onboard is smooth and seamless.
