Assessment
We have the tools to assess your board governance, personnel, and fiscal policies as well as practices and processes to ensure that you have your bases covered as you lead your organization to greater social impact.
Coaching
We will work with board leadership to coach them to complete the identified initiatives. They will set the scope of work, establish milestones, create the work plan, and execute with coaching and thought partnership from our team.
Facilitation
We will work with the board who have the answers and capability of solving the problem at hand and assemble the project and implementation plan with a few sessions with our facilitators to unlock the collective creativity.
