Strative was created after its principal consultant, Nicole Newhouse, had emerged from the non-profit and for-profit sectors with the knowledge that more can be learned from reflecting on mistakes and failures than from focusing on wins and successes. She learned that organizational success is a team sport whose ingredients are dynamic and interdependent.
